Worst beacon ever seen.1:23 min to wash at a truck .. definitely dissatisfied

Came in to get a trailer washout and guy at register tried to charge my company $90+ because he made a "mistake" !!! Good thing I didn't wash my tractor and trailer !!! Sad ethics and sad crew of guys

Rediculous!!! 40 minutes in line and they didn't even finish washing the 2 trucks in both bays. Luckily i was able to get out thru the grass. Employees looking at each other not knowing what to do. Called manager he said he was sorry staged, i told him he should get out there and wash trucks himself too if that's the case. Never doing here again. I give it a negative 5stars

Excellent customer service. Hard-working staff, I had trouble with the vacuum machine and they made it right. Thank you guys I will definitely comeback

Was not impressed!!! It seemed I had to tell these guys how to wash a brand new truck! Things that seemed obvious to me-seemed to escape them!! When they were done I got out to look at the truck & noticed they had not washed the top front of the truck at all. When I asked the guy to wash that part of my truck he proceeded to wash it with the long wash rod and banged the wash rod on my new truck on the new paint!!! I had to tell him to be careful!! It's only a month old!! I also paid for an engine wash, they only washed one side of the engine!!! I didn't notice it because I only checked one side of the engine- I assumed they got the whole engine....I checked it after I left. Big mistake! Won't do that again! Check everything that you tell them to wash!!! I won't go back to this Blue Beacon!!
