So, being somewhat new to the area Ross Goats was recommend to me mainly because of his talk show, KLVI 560AM My Home Answer Man. Although he appears to have built a reputable business, my experience with him was awful and I found him very disrespectful. He is consistently late for appointments to discuss remodeling options and attempts to justify it with an attitude that his time is more valuable than the customers. Furthermore, he doesn't have the courtesy to call and let the client know that he is running late and probably won't show up at all that day. Needless to say he never got the opportunity to provide an estimate.
