Shouldnt take but an hour and $5,- on tile glue to fix them lose tiles.
Havent seen a conference room at this hotel tho.
BW should repair that a.s.a.p, since that could be tripping hazard for the elders or kids even.

This is a very clean & attractively decorated hotel with very friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms & excellent free breakfast!
Excellent hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were very polite and professional. Great location....near gas and food establishments. We stayed here a couple nights earlier during a weekend trip and now know this is the place to stay whenever in the area again. If you are in this area and need a place to stay, look no further. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
Staff didnt hesitate and moved me to a different room,...awesome!
-The sheets/comforter design are a bit outdated but most importantly everything was CLEAN!
My initial assigned room smelled a bit muffy, like someone had smoked in it
However the Hotel entrance driveway might be a bit confusing, since the McDonalds driveway looks initially to be the one..but you actually have to go one further...lol...

Showers are open and fully tiled without a door, but do have hand grips installed, to provide support,

Apart from the lil slippery or lose tiles here and there...

The shower tiles might be a bit slippery for youger childeren / elders.
But does not have a handicap lift installed

-Pool floors are 3ft, 4ft and 5ft deep.
-The pillows are a bit small/light, dont provide any support,

Great overall experience! I made reservation by phone the night before directly to the hotel. Arrived the following day, and they had everything all setup including my rewards number. Room was pleasant, and they met my request on which side of the hotel I prefer. If I were to make one less than positive mention, it would be that the AC didn't keep the fan running for white noise. It cycled on and off as it needed which was fine. Its nice to keep it running to drown out other noises. Staff was kind.

A neat Business center/pc's, printers, washing and dryer machines and a fitness room are available for customers.
-Plenty of restaurants at walking distance.
Johanna was the best front desk clerk, she was extremely helpful and friendly. Belinda, Geraldine, and Donna were wonderful ladies and made my stay pleasant. Belinda is on top of her game and the most attentive and well organized housekeeper I have ever seen. She should be a manager of housekeeping. I had one of the best experiences while staying at this hotel and will be back soon.
-Hotel "feels" a bit pricey for a dated Hotel!
