I love this place because it is warm in the winter and very topical, you can grow anything you wishes, I have 30 bananas tree in my back yard and mango producing fruits. It's a paradise or the garden of eden, we also have Luther theaters being our house and the bayou, gulf Coast right behind us. What else can you ask for! !!!

Two words: Jon Nimitz. Warm, friendly & a great story teller! Oh, and arguably the most comfortable bed in the history of beds. Cannot recommend highly enough. What a way to kick off a three week road trip!
